In alignment with the mission of the B Corp Climate Collective to address climate resiliency through advocacy, B Lab initiated a partnership with Ceres, a national sustainability nonprofit organization. Through working together, these organizations are hoping to elevate the role of advocacy across communities by bringing engagement opportunities to certified B Corps. B Local Boston is able to leverage this partnership to collaborate with Ceres to promote state, regional, and national level policies.

In our conversations with Ceres, we have learned that B Corps have a unique and important voice in climate advocacy. As part of the business community our voice carries extra weight and we can bring a strong principled voice for climate action interconnected with a drive for equity.
