Highlights from the Inaugural B Corp Global Climate Summit

Last week, our global community of B Corps gathered to take action on the climate emergency centered in people and justice at the inaugural B Corp Global Climate Summit, held across three days - June 29-30 & July 1, 2021. We gathered over 5,600 attendees from more than 100 countries around the world, and had 240 speakers who spoke across the 76 sessions that were hosted as part of the Summit.

Over 500 B Corps Publicly Commit to Net Zero by 2030 at COP25 in Madrid

As the UN Climate Change Conference, COP25, is underway in Madrid, over 500 companies are publicly committing today to accelerate the reduction of their greenhouse gas emissions to reach a 1.5 degree trajectory leading to net zero by the year 2030—20 years ahead of the 2050 targets set in the Paris Agreement.
